My educational background is in both biochemistry and microbiology. Since working at Novozymes I have worked on our Saccharification and Yeast portfolios within the Biofuels industry. Other than work, I also enjoy pedaling most anything with 2 wheels, finding awesome eateries, and enjoying hanging out with my wife and 3 month old daughter.
